Jalapeño Popper Dip

Ingredients

  • 4-6 Fresh Jalapeños, roasted and diced
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese, divided
  • 4 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tbsp Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • Baguette Slices, Crackers or Chips

Instructions

  • Start by halving and deseeding jalapeños.
  • Broil until the skin blackens, cool, and peel off the outer skin.
  • Dice the jalapeños and set them aside. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Combine melted butter, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, dried parsley, and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese; set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, and diced jalapeños.
  • In a cast iron skillet or 8x8 baking pan, layer the jalapeño mixture, topped with the breadcrumb blend.
  • Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  • Serve with baked baguette slices, crackers, or chips and enjoy!
