Start by halving and deseeding jalapeños.
Broil until the skin blackens, cool, and peel off the outer skin.
Dice the jalapeños and set them aside. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Combine melted butter, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, dried parsley, and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese; set aside.
In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, and diced jalapeños.
In a cast iron skillet or 8x8 baking pan, layer the jalapeño mixture, topped with the breadcrumb blend.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Serve with baked baguette slices, crackers, or chips and enjoy!
