Cut up the bell peppers, onion, and tomatoes and place into a skillet and set aside.
Mix together the fajita seasonings and set that aside as well.
In a hot skillet, add oil and garlic and toss in the cut up chicken. Sprinkly on some of the seasoning and let the chicken cook fully.
In the veggie skillet, add oil and garlic as well as the same seasoning we prepped. Stir together
Once the veggies are cooked a bit, add in the pasta and the chicken broth. Then add the rest of the seasoning and stir. Set a timer for 12 minutes and let the pasta cook. Stir a bit during this time.
Once done, add the chicken to the veggie skillet.
Add the half & half cream and the shredded cheese and mix together until it's melted and combined.
