or Any Low Fat Boneless Beef Cut*

Ragu or Tomato Sauce
Instructions
Cut roast into chunks and place them in an Instant Pot.
Blend an onion, and pour over the beef.
Add oil, minced garlic, ginger, salt, and tomato sauce.
Sauté uncovered for 5 minutes, then cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
Naturally release the pressure for 10 minutes before opening.

*If not using a round roast, make sure to cut off any excess fat.
