Beef Korma "Korma Goasht"

Ingredients

  • 5 Lbs Round Roast or Any Low Fat Boneless Beef Cut*
  • 3 Onions
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/4 cup Ragu or Tomato Sauce

Instructions

  • Cut roast into chunks and place them in an Instant Pot. 
  • Blend an onion, and pour over the beef.
  • Add oil, minced garlic, ginger, salt, and tomato sauce.
  • Sauté uncovered for 5 minutes, then cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
  • Naturally release the pressure for 10 minutes before opening.

*If not using a round roast, make sure to cut off any excess fat.
