Aush - Afghan Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Water
  • 24 oz Ragu Sauce, 1 jar
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander
  • 2 tsp Salt and Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Dill
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lb Angel Hair Pasta, broken Spaghetti also works
  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 1 can Kidney Beans

Optional Toppings

  • Sour Cream
  • Fresh Mint
  • Cilantro

Instructions

  • To make Aush, In a large pot or Dutch Oven, begin by adding some oil, spaghetti sauce, water, garlic, coriander, salt, pepper, dill and chopped cilantro.
  • Heat it up until it reaches a nice boil.
  • Now, break your noodles into smaller pieces and add them to the pot, cooking until tender.
  • Next, add chickpeas and kidney beans. Give everything a good stir, so the flavors come together and let simmer on low.
