Ingredients

Cucumber
peeled and chopped

Tomato
diced

Cilantro Leaves
finely chopped

Green Onion
finely chopped

Baby Carrots*
chopped

Lemon
Salt
to taste
Instructions
Thoroughly wash vegetables and herbs and pat dry.
Chop cilantro and green onions finely.
Peel cucumber and chop.
Dice tomatoes and carrots.
Add vegetables and herbs to mixing bowl.
Squeeze lemon juice over salad and salt to taste.
Mix everything together and enjoy!
