Cilantro

Instructions
Start by slicing the potatoes, tomatoes and onions.
Place them in a frying pan and add oil, tomato sauce, water, minced garlic, ginger paste, turmeric, coriander, cumin and salt.
Cover and cook until the potatoes become tender.
Serve with a dollop of minty yogurt and a sprinkle of cilantro on top. Enjoy!
